Gel-Tray(BD , BPV series)and Gel-Slide(CD series)
Designed for manual handling of products. BD is made of plastic disk, and CD is made of glass substrate, which can withstand high temperature up to 220 degrees Celsius and is suitable for bonding or reflow processes. Both of them provide different attachment options, and support printing grids and customer drawings.

Suitable for:
- Sensitive devices that need to avoid direct contact with the top surface or edge of the component
- Components handled with tweezers or manually
- Components of various sizes need to be accommodated in the same tray (no compartment design)
- Handling small components or large assembly modules

- Printing/Gridding:Provide a variety of grids and printing styles (see printing options).
- Temperature-resistant range: BD/BPV can reach up to 70˚C, and it is recommended to choose Gel-Slide(CD series) for high-temperature application (up to 200˚C).
